Role Description
We are hiring a Patient Scheduler for a full-time, on-site position at our Dwarka office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, communicating effectively with patients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring accurate and timely coordination of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.

• Communicate professionally with patients via phone and email.

• Provide exceptional customer service and patient support.





• Utilize medical terminology appropriately while interacting with patients and healthcare providers.

• Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules.

• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth scheduling operations.

• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications
• Strong appointment scheduling and organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer service-oriented approach.

• Knowledge of medical terminology.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

• Certification in Medical Office Administration or a related field is an added advantage.
