Role Overview:

We're looking for a proactive Junior Marketing Associate to support our digital marketing and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone

who wants to gain hands-on experience across SEO, content marketing, social media, outreach, and campaign execution while working on real

business growth initiatives.

You'll collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, analyze performance, experiment with recent ideas, and leverage modern AI

tools to improve productivity and marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other
- relevant channels.
- Assist with SEO activities, including keyword research, content optimization, on-page updates, and performance monitoring.
- Support content distribution through websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and report campaign performance using key metrics such as website traffic,



engagement, click-through rates, conversions,
- and leads.
- Maintain marketing dashboards, campaign trackers, and documentation to ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist in executing marketing experiments and A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
- Use AI-powered tools and automation platforms (such as ChatGPT, Make.com, n8n, or similar tools) to streamline workflows and
- improve marketing productivity.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, or a related role.
- A foundational understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
