Requirements
- 7-9 years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices) and Golang development.
- Strong database knowledge: PostgreSQL, Redis.
- Good understanding of distributed systems, API design and integration patterns, messaging and asynchronous processing, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Basic hands-on knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Monitoring, or equivalent services.
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e. g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and AI coding assistants) for development acceleration, code generation, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience building automation solutions using UI automation tools, workflow automation platforms, scripting, and process automation frameworks.

Leadership Skills
- Robust communication skills to interact and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams of developers.
- Ability to drive technical discussions and architectural decisions.
