Responsibilities:
- Loan Processing Support: Guide customers through the home loan application process, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of requirements.
- Collaborate with customers to collect necessary documentation and facilitate a seamless application submission.
- Provide timely updates on application status, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the loan processing phase.
- Act as the primary point of contact, offering personalized assistance and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Post Loan Disbursement Services: Assist clients with post-disbursement activities, including SOA, Repayment schedule, IT Certificate procedures.
- Provide guidance on repayment options, billing inquiries, and other post-loan financial queries.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Service Requests Management:



Handle various service requests related to home loans, such as changes in loan terms and disbursement adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer requests, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- Maintain a record of all service interactions and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Financial Consultation: Offer financial advice and insights to customers, helping them make informed decisions related to their home loan.
- Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes to provide relevant and accurate information.

- Proven experience in mortgage lending or home loan processing.
