Role Summary
We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Expert specializing in Microsoft Exchange (Subscription Edition – SE), Exchange Online, and Hybrid environments, with solid skills in advanced automation and scripting. The role focuses on operational excellence, issue resolution, and building automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reliability of messaging services.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support Exchange Server SE, Exchange Online, and Hybrid topology.
- Troubleshoot complex issues: mail flow, transport pipeline, Autodiscover, Hybrid OAuth, Outlook connectivity, and DAG/HA components applicable to SE.
- Build and maintain advanced PowerShell scripts, functions, modules, and automation routines with proper logging, exception handling, and reusability.
