We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory & E-commerce Executive to manage our home textile store inventory and online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock records, uploading products to online platforms, processing customer orders, and coordinating dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records for home textile products.
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory regularly.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming products.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for stock movement and replenishment.
Product Management
- Photograph products and organize product images.
- Edit and optimize product images when required.
- Create and upload product listings with titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and keywords.
- Update product information, pricing, and stock availability across all online marketplaces.
Online Marketplace Operations
- Manage product listings on Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product catalog accuracy and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Monitor listing performance and resolve listing-related issues.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Receive and process online orders.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Generate shipping labels and invoices.
- Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch.
- Handle order updates, returns, replacements, and customer queries related to orders.
Reporting
- Prepare daily inventory and sales reports.
- Track stock movement and identify rapid-moving and slow-moving products.
- Report inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Experience with Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms.
