Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for US-based clients through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the client's requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with a shortlist of qualified candidates for consideration.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in IT staffing or technical recruitment industry.
- Robust understanding of C2C/1099 recruitment models.
- Experience working on W2 contracts preferred but not mandatory.
