We are seeking a talented Design - Draftsperson - Interior Designer to create detailed interior design plans, technical drawings, and creative space solutions for residential, commercial, and corporate projects. The role involves transforming client requirements into functional and aesthetically appealing designs while ensuring compliance with industry standards, building codes, and project specifications.
- Develop detailed interior design concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 2D/3D drawings using industry-standard design software.
- Prepare accurate technical drawings, construction documents, furniture layouts, and material specifications to support project execution.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
- Conduct site visits, measurements,
and design assessments to gather project requirements and validate design accuracy.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and d?cor elements that align with project objectives and client preferences.
- Review and revise drawings based on client feedback, project changes, regulatory requirements, and construction constraints.
- Ensure all designs comply with safety regulations, building standards, accessibility requirements, and company quality guidelines.
- Create presentation materials, mood boards, renderings, and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with procurement and execution teams to support material selection, budgeting, and project timelines.
- Maintain organized design documentation, project records, drawing revisions, and technical specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
