Role Description
The Branch Manager role at Bajaj Life is a full-time,



on-site position located in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for leading branch operations, overseeing sales activities, and ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met. The Branch Manager will guide and motivate insurance consultants, set and monitor performance targets, and drive growth in current business and renewals. Daily responsibilities include managing branch administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies, analyzing branch performance metrics, and implementing local marketing and outreach initiatives. The role also involves building strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to support Bajaj Life’s customer-first and high-performance culture.
