Role Summary
FlyTravio is looking for a Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition for our Hotels, Flights and packages products across India and Australia. You'll run campaigns end-to-end strategy, setup, optimization, and budget with a creative team reporting to you for execution support.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Search/PMax) for Hotels and Flights.
- Own performance KPIs: ROAS, blended CAC, CPL, and conversion rate.
- Manage campaign budgets and reallocate based on performance and seasonal demand.
- Brief and manage the Graphic Designers on creative requirements; review and approve creative before launch.
- Run continuous A/B testing on creative, targeting, and bidding strategy.
- Coordinate with SEO and Email Marketing to keep messaging consistent across channels.
- Track competitor campaigns and pricing, and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Report performance to the Marketing Manager with clear, actionable recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years in performance marketing, hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search + PMax) at scale.
- Strong grasp of unit economics CAC, LTV, ROAS and comfort making budget calls under a fixed ceiling.
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous campaigns or markets.
- Experience directly managing creative team.
- Strong analytical skills comfortable pulling and acting on your own performance data.
