1. Core Responsibilities*
- *Operations*: Oversee lab operations, reporting TAT, quality control, NABL compliance, equipment maintenance
- *Team Management*: Coordinate with HODs - Lab, Radiology, Reception, Billing, Phlebotomy, Marketing
- *Business Growth*: Help with B2B tie-ups, corporate camps, doctor outreach, and current centre expansion
- *Finance & Admin*: Monitor revenue, expenses, vendor payments, inventory of reagents/consumables
- *Patient Experience*: Handle escalations, feedback, and ensure smooth front-desk to report delivery flow
- *Compliance*: Ensure biomedical waste, AERB, NABL, and govt guideline adherence
