Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer Linux with strong expertise in Linux system programming, operating system internals, and software development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, debugging, optimizing, and maintaining applications on Linux platforms. This role requires solid programming skills, system-level troubleshooting, and the ability to lead technical initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications on Linux platforms.
- Develop system-level software, utilities, and backend services.
- Analyze and optimize application performance, memory usage, and CPU utilization.
- Troubleshoot complex Linux system and application issues.
- Work on Linux kernel concepts, process management, threading, and IPC mechanisms.
- Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation and deployment.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Infrastructure,



and Product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
- Debug production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in software releases, deployments, and production support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
