About Your Role
The Radiology Coordinator Specialist serves as a central communications and workflow support resource within our services organization, acting as a key liaison between radiologists, referring providers, technologists, and clinical teams. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound communication, coordinating case workflow, facilitating critical and urgent result notifications, and ensuring timely escalation of issues that may impact patient care.





The specialist supports operational efficiency by gathering missing clinical information, assisting with report-related inquiries, and helping troubleshoot system or process barriers across PACS, EMR, and radiology platforms. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, comfort in a fast-paced workplace, and the ability to prioritize multiple competing requests while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and clinical communication standards.

This role requires shift work over days/nights and weekends and is an office-based position in Bangalore.
