Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive at GrowAI Edtech. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including outreach to prospective learners, corporate clients, and strategic partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing lead generation activities, qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls, and presenting GrowAI’s programs and services. The role involves maintaining relationships with key accounts,



coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions, and tracking pipeline metrics to meet growth targets. The Business Development Executive will also contribute to market research, sales strategy refinement, and feedback collection to support continuous improvement of GrowAI’s offerings.

Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify, engage, and convert prospective clients.
- Business acumen to understand client needs, interpret market trends, and align solutions with organizational goals.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Account Management capabilities to nurture relationships, manage expectations, and support long-term client success.
- Experience in edtech, professional training, or AI-related services is preferred.
