We are looking for a resourceful Lead Generation Specialist whose sole focus is to build a consistent, high-quality pipeline of leads for our

sales team. This role owns the very top of the funnel sourcing prospects through every available channel and hands off qualified,

well-researched leads to our Business Development Executives. Success in this role is measured purely on the volume and quality of leads delivered, not on closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Channel Lead Sourcing
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold email databases, directories, industry forums, and other online sources
- Identify and tap current lead sources beyond the usual channels (events, communities, marketplaces, referral networks)
- Build and continuously expand targeted prospect lists across assigned industries
- Monitor and capture inbound signals (website visitors, ad engagement, social interactions) as potential leads

2. Prospect Research
- Research target companies to identify the right decision-makers
- Gather relevant business information (company size, industry, current marketing setup,



contact details)
- Verify accuracy and validity of contact information before handoff

3. Outreach for List Building
- Run cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to build initial interest
- Use scraping tools, databases, and prospecting software to build lead lists at scale
- Test and refine outreach messaging to improve response rates

4. Lead Handoff & Quality Control
- Hand over sourced leads to the BDE team with complete, accurate information
- Tag leads by source, industry, and priority in the CRM
- Incorporate feedback from BDEs on lead quality to continuously refine sourcing approach

5. Tools, Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain and update lead data in the CRM daily
- Track number of leads generated, source-wise, on a daily/weekly basis
- Share regular reports on lead volume, source performance, and quality trends with the Sales Head

6. Target Achievement
- Meet daily/weekly targ
