Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior ODC Associate - Production Planning to join our Central Planning team. This critical role ensures the timely and productive execution of manufacturing schedules by providing hands-on planning expertise and coordinating the daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work Direction & Coordination

Activity Oversight: Direct and oversee the daily production scheduling, order tracking, and shop-floor follow-up activities performed by two designated contract associates.

Process Adherence: Ensure the two contract associates strictly follow established production planning procedures and manufacturing engagement protocols.

Mentorship & Support: Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist the other associates in resolving complex scheduling issues, SAP errors, and critical shop-floor escalations.

2. Production Planning & Execution

Production Scheduling & MRP: Execute and critically analyze production planning and MRP runs within SAP to generate, validate,



and release accurate production orders.

BOM & Routing Knowledge: Possess a strong foundational knowledge of Bills of Material (BOM) structures, Routings, and Work Center configurations to ensure planning accuracy and optimal line balancing.

Order Management: Manage the lifecycle of production orders based on cycle times, machine capacity, and overall demand planning.

Capacity Monitoring: Proactively monitor production capacities, equipment availability, and cycle time parameters to prevent bottlenecks and minimize manufacturing delays.

3. Cross-Functional Follow-up

Shop-Floor Engagement: Coordinate and follow up with the Manufacturing and Production teams to track daily shift output, expedite priority builds, and resolve line stoppages or efficiency drops.

Internal Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison for production status updates with Material Planners, Quality Assurance, and Wa
