Position Overview
We are currently seeking Clinical Interns pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy. This part-time internship requires a minimum of 16 hours per week, including two evening shifts (required). The Clinical Intern will provide therapeutic services to their preferred population (children, adolescents, and/or adults) under the supervision of our experienced clinical leadership team.

This role offers a hands-on learning experience in a supportive and collaborative workplace,



helping interns gain essential skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. This is a paid internship at a rate of $20.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges.
- Build rapport and establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
- Conduct mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Diagnose and treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and other mental health conditions under supervision.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director, CEO, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care.
- Refer clients to specialists or community resources when necessary.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
