Job Overview:

Murata Manufacturing india is seeking a IC Sales Engineer with 8 to 13 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, including IC manufacturers, EDA companies, Chip Design houses, OSATs as well as Fabs, to expand Muratas presence in the semiconductor industry, and leveraging Murata’s leading-edge electronic components to provide tailored solutions. The IC member at Murata will identify and engage new business opportunities in the semiconductor market, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and develop strategies to drive growth and sales. They will serve as a technical liaison, providing product recommendations and support throughout the product lifecycle. The role requires a strong technical background in ICs and semiconductors, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Travel for client meetings and industry events is also expected.





JD for IC member:
- Identify (Hunt) and engage (seed, harvest) new business opportunities in the semiconductor market.
- Build strong relationships with recent and existing customers, including IC manufacturers, EDA companies, Chip Design houses, OSATs as well as Fabs, to expand Murata’s presence in the semiconductor industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive partnership and collaboration positioning Murata as a leader and preferred choice within the ICM.
- Work closely to develop technical sales strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of IC products and solutions.
- Serve as the technical liaison for customers, helping them solve engineering challenges with Murata’s products, including capacitors, inductors, sensors, and other components integrated into ICs.
