- Manage commercial operations, including purchase, inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain management.
- Develop strategies for raw material procurement, vendor development, and contract negotiations to optimize costs.
- Oversee inventory control processes to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through effective commercial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15-24 years of experience in a similar role within the building materials industry.
- CA (Any Specialization) or M.Com degree required; relevant certifications preferred.
- Solid expertise in commercials operations, inventory management, logistics, material management, purchasing, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management.
