We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial
Founder's Office
team member to work directly with the founder and leadership team on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where you will help drive strategic programs, 0→1 projects, and business-critical initiatives across product, growth, partnerships, operations, and finance.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and is excited about building scalable processes and frameworks from the ground up. You will act as an extension of the founder, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinating across teams, and ensuring execution excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across multiple business functions while contributing directly to the company's growth and long-term success.

Requirements




Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization
- Drive 0→1 and 1→10 projects from ideation through execution and scaling
- Own program management for key business priorities and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
- Work closely with the founder on business planning, decision-making, and execution support
- Prepare strategic documents, presentations, dashboards, and business insights for leadership reviews
- Act as an extension of the founder in driving critical initiatives and cross-functional alignment
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Partnerships, Operations, and Finance teams on strategic programs
- Break down complex business problems into structured action plans and measurable execution roadmaps
- Ensure accountability, follow-through, and alignment across teams on key priorities
