Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial triage of incidents across Workday Financials modules GL, AP, AR and Procurement.
- Monitor integrations and proactively identify failures, raising and routing issues appropriately.
- Carry out basic data validation and support EIB processing.
- Coordinate with Finance teams and escalate to L2 / L3 and vendors (Workday support) as needed.
- Maintain documentation runbooks, configuration logs and test scripts.
- Maintain ticketing, logs and audit-trail documentation to a high standard.
Required Skills & Experience
- Foundational understanding of ERP concepts and Workday Financials.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to operate within a structured SOP / SOX-controlled environment.
- Experience handling support queues and working with global teams in a 24/5 support model.
- Flexibility to support across APAC / EMEA / NY hours where required.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Workday EIB, integrations monitoring or basic reporting.
- Prior experience in a shared-services, GCC or managed-services support setting.
- Familiarity with ITSM / ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira).
- Exposure to financial services, fintech or data-driven organisations.
- Basic understanding of finance processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report).
