Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage SAP MM modules such as inventory management, procurement planning, and logistics execution.
- Provide technical support to end users on SAP MM-related issues and resolve queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions using SAP MM tools.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops for new employees on SAP MM processes.
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in End User Support role with expertise in SAP MM module.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, procurement planning, and logistics execution concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to provide effective technical support to non-technical stakeholders.
