Role Description
The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities within the export process. The role involves coordinating workflows, managing staff schedules, monitoring productivity, and ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards. The Operations Supervisor will track orders, optimize processes, address operational issues,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth and productive operations. This position also includes maintaining documentation, reporting key performance metrics, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.

Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead teams, manage performance, and ensure accountability.
- Experience in Operations and Operations Management to oversee processes, workflows, and resource utilization.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in export, logistics, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Agra and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
