Now we are looking for Article Assistant (CA Articleship).

Duration: 2 years (as per ICAI Articleship Training Regulations).

Eligibility:

Cleared CA Intermediate (both groups preferred; single group considered case-by-case)

Registered/eligible to register for practical training with ICAI.

Key Responsibilities (by vertical):

Income Tax

Assisting in preparation and filing of income tax returns (individuals, firms, companies)

Tax computation, capital gains working, TDS compliance

Support in scrutiny assessments, appeals, and notice replies

GST

GST return filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C)

Reconciliations (GSTR-2B, e-way bill, ITC)

Assistance in replies to notices (ASMT, DRC, SCN) and departmental audits

ROC / MCA

Company incorporation, annual filings (AOC-4, MGT-7)

Maintenance of statutory registers and minutes





Support in ROC compliance for private companies and OPCs

Audit

Statutory audit of companies, firms, and proprietorships

Internal audits for manufacturing and service-sector clients

Vouching, verification, and preparation of audit working papers under supervision
