Role & responsibilities
- Manage and optimize SMT/PCBA manufacturing processes.
- Support production, troubleshoot process issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Handle RCA, Process FMEA, and assembly line commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process development and quality improvements.
Preferred candidate profile
- BE/Diploma in Electronics.
- 8+ years of experience in EMS/SMT/PCBA manufacturing.
- Robust knowledge of SMT, THT, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001.
- Hands-on experience in process engineering, RCA, and FMEA.
- Aerospace/Defense electronics experience preferred.
- Exposure to AS9100, NADCAP, APQP, or PPAP is an advantage. [
