About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Founder s Office Associate to work closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic initiatives, business operations, research, and cross-functional projects. This role offers a unique prospect to gain exposure to key business functions and contribute directly to the growth of a fast-growing EdTech company.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Founder in driving strategic and operational initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence activities.
- Track business performance metrics and prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Assist in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Prepare MIS reports, meeting notes, and action trackers.
- Support business development, partnerships, and growth-related projects.
- Manage ad-hoc assignments and special projects from the Founder s Office.

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or experience in startups, consulting, operations, or strategy will be preferred.
