Role Description
The Business Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Pune City, responsible for driving overall business growth, profitability, and strategic direction of Boxoffice Space. This role oversees daily operations across multiple workspace locations, ensures high standards of service delivery, and maintains strong relationships with key clients, partners,



and stakeholders. The Business Head will set and execute business plans, manage budgets and revenue targets, and lead cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, operations, and customer service. Responsibilities include identifying current market opportunities, optimizing occupancy and pricing strategies, and ensuring that workspace offerings remain competitive and aligned with client needs. The role also involves mentoring senior team members, implementing process improvements, and representing the company in industry events and networking forums.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising cross-functional teams and guiding senior staff.
