Role & responsibilities-
- Process optimization by using lean tools
- Quality Assurance by ensuring quality standards and specifications
- Production planning with cross function teams to plan and schedule production activities
- Equipment maintenance planning with maintenance department to minimize downtime
- Team leadership by supervising and mentoring jr. engineers and supervisors by giving them support
- Troubleshooting identifying and resolving technical issues in production process
- Managing and planning shifts of supervisors and employees as per production schedule
- Monitoring Consumables and control consumable cost.
