Role Description
The Human Resources Manager at Fitoverse will oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and company policies. This full-time,



on-site role based in Salem will involve partnering with leadership to identify talent needs, manage hiring processes, and support workforce planning for our expanding operations. The person in this role will develop and implement HR policies, coordinate training and development initiatives, maintain accurate HR records, and support payroll and benefits administration. They will also work to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture, handle employee concerns professionally, and ensure alignment between HR practices and Fitoverse’s mission and values.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in talent acquisition and recruitment, including job design, interviewing, and candidate selection.
