We are looking for an experienced
Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Technical Specialist
for our Client. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Redwood UI Migration, and Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Solutions
.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical owner for Oracle Cloud HCM solutions within the ERP ecosystem.
- Design, develop, and support Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain
HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher (BIP), and OTBI Reports
.
- Work on
Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
- Support
Redwood UI Migration
and leverage
Agentic AI
capabilities.
- Architect scalable solutions and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for clients.
- Participate in at least
2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
as a technical lead.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver enterprise HCM solutions.
- Contribute to HCM assets, accelerators, and solution offerings.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of Oracle Cloud HCM implementation/support experience.
- Strong expertise in
Oracle HCM Reporting (HCM Extract, Rapid Formula, BI Publisher, OTBI)
.
- Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
– Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Experience with
Redwood UI Migration
.
- Knowledge of
Agentic AI
.
- Expertise in one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules:
