Role Description
The Senior Team Lead role is a full time remote position responsible for guiding and managing a cross-functional team to achieve operational and strategic goals in EV mobility services. Day-to-day tasks include planning team workloads, setting priorities, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of projects and initiatives. The Senior Team Lead will coordinate with product, operations,



and customer support teams to improve processes, enhance user experience, and support business growth. This role involves mentoring team members, conducting regular one-on-one and group check-ins, providing constructive feedback, and supporting professional development. The Senior Team Lead will also contribute to strategic planning, identify risks and opportunities, and present clear reports and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, people management, and performance coaching, preferably in technology, mobility, or operations-focused environments.
- Strong skills in project management, workflow planning, and process optimization, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret metrics, derive insights, and make data-informed decisions.
