Job Description
The Quality Assurance Manager – F3 Program is responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality compliance across aerospace assembly operations in alignment with AS9100 standards, customer requirements, and regulatory frameworks. The role focuses on maintaining airworthiness, ensuring robust manufacturing processes, and overseeing inspection, testing, and certification activities for detail parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.

This position plays a critical role in process validation, First Article Inspections (FAI), PFMEA, and EQA, while acting as a key interface with customers and regulatory bodies. The role also drives continuous improvement initiatives, ensures supplier quality compliance, and supports audit readiness and certification through structured documentation and system governance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the dedicated Quality Assurance Manager for the Missile Program

Conduct and supervise aeronautical part-level and assembly-level inspections to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards





Review and approve Quality Assurance Plans and Inspection Plans for detail parts, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies

Oversee inspection and testing activities, including dimensional checks and non-destructive testing (NDT) for structural assemblies

Participate in PFMEA and Engineering Quality Assurance activities to ensure manufacturing processes are robust and capable of achieving successful First Article Inspections (FAIs)

Ensure proper establishment of test setups for pressure and leak testing of pipelines and sub-assemblies

Monitor process capability and implement controls for consistent product quality

Ensure compliance with AS9100, and other applicable aerospace regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, audits, and compliance reports for traceability and certification

Support internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and adherence to quality systems
