Maintenance
- Civil renovation or refurbishment works within the project.
- Site-specific SOP to be prepared for KCA area up-keep.
- Common area activities Plan & execute and ensure timely R&M; of the KCA area.
- Monitor renovation and refurbishment works closely for timely closure.
- BOQ to be prepared for renovation and refurbishment works.
- Finishing and quality work knowledge is must.
- Civil execution as per Design, BOQ & Tenders.
- Provide technical training to staff.
- Prepare and analyze Engineering MIS reports
- Material management and monitoring inventory
- Ensure customer complaints closure within TAT and CSAT monitoring
Coordination & Planning
- Co-ordinate with the Project and Design team for upcoming building and preparing proper handover reports
- Coordinate with the quality team for improvement in works
- Proper handover of civil works from the Project team
- Budget planning of FCAM and BCAM
- Co-ordinate with KCA area vendor
- Vendor management
- Ensure statutory requirements are fulfilled in timely
- Co-ordinate with third-party commissioning agency and all other services contractors for interfacing and integrating of all services
- Manpower planning and delegation of engineering/facilities jobs. Provide guidance to the team as required and train them on crucial activities.
- Conduct Internal quality audit to evaluate system performance & staff competency
- Manages day-to-day interaction with third-party contractors and consultants effectively. Communicate effectively with third-party contractors and consultants to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions

Skills: CAD Drawing, Communication, Team work, Quality control, System analysis and evaluation, Administration and management, Computers and Electronics, Building codes and standards, Wide exposure in technical supervision of highly skilled specialized groups and trade personnel: General administration with control and discipline
