**Position:**

* Assistant Manager – Mechanical Maintenance

* Deputy Manager – Mechanical Maintenance

**Location:** Gujarat

**Industry:** Tyre Manufacturing

**CTC:** Up to **13 LPA** (based on experience)

Experience

* **Assistant Manager:** 6–8 years

* **Deputy Manager:** 8–10 years

Qualification

* **Assistant Manager:** Diploma / B.E. Mechanical

* **Deputy Manager:** B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

* Must have **Tyre Industry** experience (ROTR / TBR)

* Hands-on experience in maintenance of **TBM, Curing Press, Extruders, Stock Area & Inspection Area**

* Strong knowledge of **Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance**

* Expertise in **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** and troubleshooting

* Experience with **TPM, Kaizen, Shutdown Planning & Machine Reliability**

* Working knowledge of **SAP PM** and/or **MaintWiz**

* Knowledge of **MTBF, MTTR,



downtime analysis, spares management & inventory control**

* Team handling and safety compliance experience

* Willingness to work in rotational shifts (for Assistant Manager role)

Preferred Candidate

* **Gujarat-based candidates** preferred.
