Roles and Responsibility
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure the team is aligned and working efficiently towards common goals.
- Remove impediments or guide teams to do so by collaborating with product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase quality of life for the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and products.
- Analyze project metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
