Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Architect / Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Semiconductor Design, IT Infrastructure, Virtualization, and R&D; Engineering. The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural leadership, experience in integrated circuit design environments, and a proven track record of driving innovative, scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise architecture strategies for semiconductor and engineering ecosystems.
- Lead architecture, design reviews, and detailed design reviews for complex engineering platforms.
- Architect and optimize compute infrastructure supporting IC design, verification, and product development teams.
- Drive virtualization and infrastructure modernization initiatives leveraging technologies such as IBM PowerVM and HMC.
- Partner with R&D;, Engineering, and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Establish architectural standards, governance frameworks,



and technology roadmaps.
- Mentor technical teams and provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies and innovation initiatives.

Required Skills
- 14 to 16 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, or Semiconductor Engineering environments.
- Robust expertise in:
- Semiconductor / Integrated Circuit (IC) Design Environments
- IT Infrastructure & Enterprise Architecture
- IBM PowerVM and HMC Administration
- Virtualization Technologies
- Design Review & Detailed Design Review Processes
- R&D; and Product Engineering Ecosystems
- Experience supporting engineering workloads and verification environments.
- Strong understanding of system scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
