We are looking for an experienced Branch / Clinic Manager to lead our Hair Transplant Clinic by driving clinic operations, patient counselling, sales,



and business growth while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hair Transplant Consultation & Patient Counselling
- Conduct professional consultations for patients experiencing hair loss and baldness.
- Educate patients on:
- FUE Hair Transplant
- FUT Hair Transplant
- Beard & Eyebrow Hair Transplant
- PRP Therapy
- GFC Therapy
- Hair Replacement Solutions
- Medical Hair Loss Treatments
- Explain transplant procedures, expected outcomes, graft requirements, recovery timelines, pricing, and post-operative care.
- Address patient concerns and objections to maximize consultation-to-procedure conversions.
- Build trust with patients and provide ethical treatment recommendations.
- Follow up with prospective patients to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate pre-operative and post-operative consultations with doctors and surgeons.
