Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to own delivery across our engineering projects, from scope definition through rollout. In this role, you will define project scope and objectives with stakeholders, build the plan to track progress, and keep delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will work closely with engineering, HR staffing, and third-party vendors to keep resourcing and execution aligned, while managing client relationships and reporting on project health through metrics dashboards and KPIs.
Qualification
Education
Bachelor s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience. A Project Management certification (CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM) is preferred.
Experience
10 to 15 years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in Project Management. Positive experience in stakeholder management and technical project management, with a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality metrics and standards.
- Define project scope and objectives with all relevant stakeholders, including technical assessment and feasibility.
- Hands-on experience with RACI, RAID, and RAG.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Work with the HR staffing team on resource fulfillment and timely allocation to projects.
- Set up KPIs and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Build to document project needs.
- Metrics dashboards, approach diagrams, and process flow diagrams
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for smooth project execution.
