We are looking for a candidate who can support the planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution of brand media campaigns across India, with a strong understanding and prior experience in handling promotional media platforms across offline and modern channels.
Role Overview :
The candidate will work closely with senior promotional/marketing heads to plan and execute media campaigns for brand promotions, retail visibility, seasonal launches, and large-scale campaigns. The role requires solid coordination skills, media budgeting knowledge, vendor management, and hands-on execution capabilities across traditional and digital promotional media platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and executing media campaigns across India for brand promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate media buying and execution for:
- Outdoor advertising (hoardings, billboards, transit media, mall branding, etc.)
- Metro branding and station activations
- Theatre/cinema advertising
- Modern media platforms such as JioHotstar, OTT platforms, digital video networks,
and promotional integrations
- Work closely with senior marketing/promotional heads to execute approved media plans and campaigns.
- Coordinate with media agencies, vendors, production teams, and regional partners for smooth campaign execution.
- Manage campaign timelines, release schedules, artwork coordination, and vendor follow-ups.
- Track media budgets, release orders, invoices, and campaign spends efficiently.
- Monitor campaign execution quality and ensure timely visibility across locations.
- Support campaign reporting with execution photographs, media proofs, performance summaries, and post-campaign documentation.
- Assist in negotiating media rates and evaluating media opportunities across cities and platforms.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in media planning, media buying, promotional campaign execution, or brand promotions.
