What will you do?
- Grow new services business from the installed base and maximize renewal rates for existing contracts
- Identify and pursue greenfield opportunities across consulting, recurring services, and modernization offerings
- Partner with customers as a trusted advisor to deliver tailored solutions for their unique business challenges
- Coordinate with internal teams and service partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences
