Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations,



and build strong relationships with gated communities, housing societies, and decision-makers. Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, following up with prospects, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing deals to drive adoption of NoBrokerHood’s solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, gathering customer feedback to inform product improvements, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Executive is expected to meet or exceed targets while representing the brand professionally and supporting long-term customer success.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with experience in B2B or community-based sales.
