Pipe Dreamers Collab is an architectural design and construction firm focused on delivering unique, sustainable, and thoughtfully crafted spaces. We are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who understands the financial nuances of construction projects.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accountant with at least 2 years of hands-on experience, preferably in the construction or real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth cash flow through efficient invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and manage books of accounts with accuracy and timeliness
· Handle construction project accounts, including tracking expenses and budgets
· Prepare and generate client invoices and contractor payment statements
· Monitor receivables and follow up on pending payments
· Record all financial transactions in Tally and ensure proper documentation
· Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
· Assist in preparing financial reports, cash flow statements, and summaries
· Coordinate with internal teams (design, site, and management) for financial inputs
· Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements
Key Requirements
· Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (construction industry experience preferred)
· Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
· Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and compliance
· Valuable organizational and time-management skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to follow up professionally with clients and vendors
