Role Description
The Travel Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. In this position, the consultant will advise clients on destinations, itineraries, and travel options, creating customized travel plans that align with their preferences and budget. Daily responsibilities include managing travel inquiries, preparing quotations, handling reservations and ticketing,



and coordinating travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and tours. The consultant will provide proactive customer service before, during, and after travel, resolving issues and ensuring a smooth experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in travel management systems, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to optimize offerings and promotions.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and oversee end-to-end itineraries.
- Candidates should possess solid experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings, ticketing, and itinerary changes efficiently.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to support travelers, manage expectations, and resolve concerns professionally.
