Role Description

The Information Technology Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations and providing technical support across the organization, with a key focus on




Microsoft 365 administration and user management
.

The role includes managing Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, Exchange Online, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). The individual will be responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, including account creation, access management, license allocation, password resets, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and timely revocation of access.

The IT Executive will monitor system and network performance, manage IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the availability and reliability of business-critical systems. The role also involves supporting desktops, laptops, printers, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, internet connectivity, and other office IT equipment.
