Position Description:
The Fleet Personnel Officer manages the crewing logistics team and works with seafarers, vessels, manning partners, and port agents to ensure that all joining, off-signing activities, and communications are performed effectively and efficiently.
This position works with the Personnel Manager and SCMIPL Mumbai Fleet Personnel team to ensure seafarers are competent and fit for purpose and works to engage and retain seafarers.

- Is familiar with the Health, Safety, Environmental Protection and Quality Policy (PL-005), and understands the responsibilities under the Environmental Management System (EMS).
