Primary Functions & Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, the Graphic Designer must possess solid interpersonal skills, be a conceptual thinker, creative, articulate, and capable of understanding and conveying a variety of concepts. Outstanding execution and organization skills combined with excellent judgment and exemplary ethics and values are imperative. Under supervision,

Key responsibilities include:

Marketing and Presentation Support
- Assist investment professionals with design and visual presentation aspects of marketing materials and presentations in conformance with firm branding standards. This includes, but is not limited to, PowerPoint decks, white papers, factsheets, RFPs, advertisements, newsletters, and digital marketing materials.

Social Media Design and Campaign Support
- Partner with the Social Media Team to develop engaging visual content for all firm social media channels.
- Create and adapt creative assets for social campaigns, thought leadership promotion, corporate announcements, employee advocacy initiatives, and brand awareness efforts.
- Ensure consistency of visual identity, messaging, and brand standards across social platforms while helping evolv
