We are looking for a sharp, well-organised individual to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of client coordination, sales support, and day-to-day operations - making it ideal for someone who is equally comfortable managing a detailed quotation and holding a confident conversation with an architect or interior designer.

You will be a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders, supporting our business across terrazzo, pavers and decorative concrete surface projects.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising & Business Development Support
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors to understand project requirements and discuss suitable product options
- Follow up on leads, inquiries,



and ongoing project discussions
- Support the team in attending client meetings, or site visits as required
- Manage day-to-day email correspondence with clients, consultants, and vendors - professionally and promptly
- Prepare and process quotations, proposals, and follow-up documentation
- Maintain organised records of inquiries, orders, and project status across clients
- Handle scheduling, documentation filing, and general office administration

Executive & Senior Leadership Support
- Provide direct support to senior leadership including calendar management, meeting preparation, and follow-through on action items
- Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and internal communications on behalf of leadership
- Track priorities and deadlines across multiple projects, flagging anything that needs attention
- Act as a reliable liaison between leadership and internal or external stakeholders
