Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end life insurance projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, claims, and customer service to resolve project issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost savings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in Life Insurance industry or related field (Project Management).
- Robust understanding of Insurance Underwriting processes and regulations.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
