Role Description
The Customer Relationship Manager is a full time, role work from office. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, including onboarding new clients, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through the matchmaking process. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular communication with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, addressing queries and concerns,



and ensuring timely updates on suitable matches. The role also involves coordinating with the internal matchmaking and verification teams, documenting interactions in the CRM system, and following up to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. The Customer Relationship Manager is expected to uphold the company’s standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and empathy while representing the brand.

Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills, including relationship management, active listening, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication abilities, with clear spoken and written English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
