We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design process, creating high-impact visual content, maintaining brand consistency, and mentoring junior designers. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and performance teams to develop compelling creative assets that drive engagement and achieve business goals.

What You'll Do
- Design and deliver high-quality creatives for social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, digital ads, and other marketing channels.
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns from idea to final delivery.
- Create branding materials, presentations, brochures, banners, infographics, illustrations, and other print and digital assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and performance marketing teams to translate campaign strategies into impactful visual designs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and marketing platforms.
- Review, provide feedback,



and mentor junior designers to maintain high design standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors or printers whenever required to ensure high-quality production.
- Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions and help elevate the overall creative direction of the company.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of qualified experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and CapCut.
